Aur jab hamare paas ek achha sehat ho to kisi khajane se bhi bada dhan hai ek achha sehat

Isliye hamsabko chahiye ki subah me ham jaldi jage aur kuchh na kuchh saaririk bayayam jarur kare.
Ye jaruri nhi ki aap kisi gyme me ja kar hi bayayam kare.aapko bayayam karne ke liye paise kharch karne ki koi jarurat nhi hai
Dosto agar aap subah jag kar aap tahalte hai rojana 2 kilometres to ye bhi to ek bayayam hi hai na.ya fir aap rojana subah me kuch dor daur lagaye
Jo log jayada umar ke hai welog nhi daur sakte to jayada umar wale rojana subah me tahal sakte hai
Haa jo log abhi jawan jai to unlogo ko jarur daur lagani chahiye
